Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Vazulies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Vazulies", "Mercury", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Mercury desktop application and the websites located at withportail.com and mercury.withportail.com (together, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using Mercury, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Mercury Does

Mercury is an agentic browser: software that carries out tasks on the open web on your behalf, such as booking travel, cancelling subscriptions, comparing prices, filling out forms, requesting refunds, and managing your inbox, based on instructions you give it.

Mercury asks for your confirmation before it spends money on your behalf. Mercury never completes a purchase or payment without you approving that specific action first.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Mercury. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans and Billing

Mercury is offered on the following subscription plans:

• Plus: $14.99 per month. Bookings and purchases made through Mercury are limited to $500 per transaction on this plan.
• Pro: $29.99 per month. No purchase limit.
• Teams: $24.99 per member per month, billed centrally.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on billing and refunds.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor. Dodo Payments handles and stores your payment method details on our behalf; Mercury does not directly store your full card number.

4. Purchases and Actions Taken on Your Behalf

When Mercury identifies a booking, purchase, or other action that involves spending money, it will present the details to you and wait for your explicit approval before proceeding. Once you approve a specific purchase or action, you are responsible for that transaction to the same extent as if you had completed it yourself directly with the merchant or service provider, including for errors, incorrect item selection, or disputes with the underlying merchant.

You are responsible for providing Mercury with accurate instructions, preferences, and saved information (such as travel preferences or payment methods) needed to complete tasks correctly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mercury to:

• Violate any law or the terms of service of any website or service Mercury interacts with;
• Attempt to defraud any merchant, service, or third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted by applicable law;
• Use Mercury on behalf of anyone other than yourself without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Mercury, including its software, branding, and website content, is owned by Vazulies LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Mercury will successfully complete every task, that third-party websites or services will behave as expected, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazulies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from purchases or actions you approved through the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
